SS CAM CUP APPLICATION

To take part in the SS Cam Cup, please fill in the application form below and submit it as soon as possible. No application will be accepted without the applicant agreeing to abide by the rules of the competition. See the red panel below for the current application status.

ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE: To be eligible for the SS Cam Cup, you must be a member of Straightshots Pool League and your screen name must be acceptable – no cuss words or anything likely to be improper. Your screen name must match your GameDesire playing ID. Please read the rules thoroughly before you apply to enter – ignorance is NO EXCUSE!

The Organisers reserve the right to refuse an application for any reason whatsoever, or to adjust it accordingly to suit the format of the competition.

I understand that breaching this agreement or any of the competition Rules will make me liable to points deductions, forfeitures, or to be removed from the competition at any time.
